The staff, are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Dr. Kohen knows how nervous I am coming in for an appointment. He’s kind and takes his time with me. I recently visited West Lake Dental Group in Innisfil and had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kohen and his team. Just moved to the area, and was looking for a Dentist and I’m incredibly happy to have found West Lake ! The entire staff are amazing. Dani particularly was amazing, probably the best cleaning experience I’ve had by a long stretch, she’s gentle with the cleaning process and communicates effectively. Dr Kohen is also really great ,you can tell he knows he’s stuff plus he’s very friendly, playful & personable. Overall they care about you at this location . Found my new Dental clinic!

Honestly the best dental office I have ever been to! I have always had a fear of the dentist and the staff at West Lake Dental made me feel at ease and comfortable. The most friendly welcoming dental practice. Everyone has a smile like they actually want to be there which unfortunately is not common these days. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Had an issue with a tooth found during a cleaning over the holidays and were able to get me in before we went on holiday. Happy New Year to all the team!
