I moved to Innisfil and just found the most amazing dental office. The office is very welcoming and felt comfortable when I walked in. The staff is super friendly, and are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. If you have insurance coverage, they will send out an estimate ahead of time and will work on what’s best for you. The entire team will explain what they are doing, provide recommendations and share dental facts. I had a couple of fillings redone and this is the first time that I didn't have to go back for any adjustments. They treat you like family. I would highly recommend West Lake Dental to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

The Team at West Lake Dental are amazing folks, very easy to work with, flexible and understanding. I have lots of positives to share about them: 1. I perceived that their new goal is to delight their clients, so I recommend them as one of the dentist shops that’s not just about your money, but delights in making their clients happy 2. They got me smiling all over town, as they professionally fixed my chipped teeth, cavities and whitened them 3. First time I heard a dentist say ”Don’t charge for this service”, “if you observe any changes, come back and we’d do this again”

Great experience with Dr. Mike and Debbie. All the staff are wonderful! Very thorough assessments and I always feel I am in good hands. My kids are now at the age to start coming for check-ups and they have made their experience absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend West Lake Dental!

My family has been going to West Lake for a few years now and everyone loves it there. I recommend them to anyone in the area. The front staff are always bright and happy to greet you. They take care of everything and make sure I'm scheduled in, my benefits are submitted, and if I need to pay something. Dr. Kohen is absolutely wonderful and really cares about doing what you want and making you happy with the best work. He could just do good work, and that would be great, but he is also personable. He remembers me, what we talked about months ago, and talks with me, not to me. Every hygienist I've had has been great. They take care to listen to any issues or concerns, check in regularly if something may hurt, and give me feedback on what we are doing next. Everyone at West Lake is so great I sometimes just stop in to say hi. You really can't go wrong if you go to West Lake Dental Group.
